AENA, the management company of Corvera Murcia Airport, has a long history of providing assistance for particular needs, managing 46 airports – 15 of which are international. In 2014 the company handled 195.9 million passengers on 1.8 million flights.
AENA has provided the resources necessary to ensure a problem-free transit through the Corvera terminal and onto your flight, regardless of disability or reduced mobility. A meeting point has been set up just outside the terminal building and a help desk can be found inside the main hall. Lifts have been strategically placed throughout the terminal to allow easy access between departures on the first floor and the main hall on the ground floor.
Passengers with particular needs are required to inform their airline of the assistance needed, and they can also request assistance from AENA in advance, using a simple online form, or by telephone.
